iti course is equal to 10+2, you can either go for diploma or bachelor degree courses. see iti courses is related with engineering. so most of the students done diploma in various engineering stream. so this is depend on  only you , what study course you find interest most you should go for this. first decide you want to pursue career in science field or in commerce field, then everything will seems clear to you.
