Yes, obviously. Fortunately last year the attempt criteria was discarded, and was again made as it was before that is, you can appear for NEET exam till you're 25 year old also there are other exceptions considered that is 30 year old for reserved and PwD categories.

Previous years, there were limited attempt option for NEET examination.
But, the criteria was changed from the year 2018. Now, board has removed the attempt bar.
So, now no. Of attempts will not matter, the criteria is that you should be less or equal to 25 years of age, if belong to UR category.
And you are eligible to give neet next year also.
