I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like top nits or iiits with electronic and communication branch
As now a days electronic and communication branch is one of the sought branch so its cutoff for general category student are higher.

Yes you may get ece in lowe norteast nits like nit imphal, nit aizwal

But its of no worth either with this rank you option for different branch of you take admission into any other reputed government colleges.
