If in case you have already paid the fees and have the receipt for the same, the best way for you to be able to proceed with the application is to contact the admission authority with all the details and they shall hep you in proceeding forward. However, please also check if the money has been deducted from your account or not because sometimes it can happen that you get are notified of the payment but the money has not actually been received by the party and thus it is classified as a failed payment. 

Therefore, I would advice you to first, kindly check if your account has been debited withRs.500 and that the transaction is complete. If at all the transaction has not been received by the application portal but it has been forwarded by the bank, contact the respective bank with the issue. 

And second, after confirming the transaction please get in touch with the KCET Application Authority with the details and they will surely help you out.
