As your percentage in 12th board examinations are good enough to get a government college. But with these percetile in the JEE MAINS,there may be a problem to get a good government college. As the required rank for the government colleges varies from   category to category. If you are from SC or ST you can get a government college with this rank. But if you are from General or OBC there may be a problem to get a government college with this rank.

You might have tough luck regarding admission through josaa counselling.

You can try applying applying for some private colleges or universities but as you are searching for some government college, then you can try applying for some state technical universities through entrances like Reap, Upsee etc. 

These technical universities have some government colleges with limited number of intake through the their examination. 

These colleges have seat allocation through Jee score and score of technical universities' entrances and they are really very prestigious and reputed colleges so you can try applying for those..
