Hello Aspirant,

You have not mentioned about your reservation category, and Considering the previous year's Cutoffs,if you belomg to General category then  you may not get seat in a Govt college but you can get seat in private college like Hi- tech Medical college and hospital, bhubaneshwar,
And if you belong to reservation category then you can get seats in good Govt college's ,

Dear aspirant,
According to previous years analysis (which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon no of candidates from general category since you have not mentioned any category i am assuming it to be general, level of difficulty of neet etc etc, also since rank fallout pattern is entirely different this year nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity, last year cut off for  Government colleges was  18621rank  against 508 marks, so might not have a chance depending upon previous years merit fallout in govt colleges in odisha

Hope this helps
