Considering the rise in cutoff, your chances to get into topmost MBBS college in Punjab slightly decrease. But you are definitely getting good MBBS college via state counseling with 429 rank

So as far as Government Medical Colleges for MBBS are concerned then, it would be very difficult for you to get MBBS seat in GMC through All India Quota, AIQ Counseling.

Unreserved Category - AIR 15,022 in ZORAM MEDICAL COLLEGE, Falkawn

OBC Category - AIR 15,023 in ZORAM MEDICAL COLLEGE, Falkawn

SC Category - AIR 80,389 in Govt. Sivgangai M. C. Sivagangai

ST Category - AIR 96,665 in Govt. Sivgangai M. C. Sivagangai
