The expected cutoff for NEET 2020 for general category is between 710-150 marks. You can check the cutoff here : https://www.google.com/amp/s/medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off/amp . You may not qualify for the exam and with this marks, it is nearly impossible to get admission in any of the medical colleges further. It's quite difficult to predict whether you will qualify Neet 2020 or not as qualifying cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 130 marks you may not qualify Neet examination.
