You have got yourselves a decent rank but you really need to have state quota of your own NIT to get an admission in a good college for CSE branch. However you can get an average college if you want CSE branch since for most of the good colleges the rank limit for CSE is 10-11k but if you are a Delhi student , then you can get admission to DTU or NSIT at this rank.But other than that you would really have to sacrifice good colleges if you particularly want CS branch
