It's not true that people with backlogs lack knowledge; you may create films on any area of interest and publish them to YouTube to make money, offer lessons, and educate others. Your abilities and potential are completely reliant on the job.

Backlogs can be important, but not always. It's easy to land a job at an MNC if you've finished your backlog and have a strong GPA.

Each MNC has specific requirements, and some additionally hire backlog students. To be hired, you must meet these requirements.

The greatest skill is communication.
