Well according to me, when you fill the registration form of neet, they generally ask you qualifying year and marks of 10th standard and 12th standard. I can't say for sure that gap will be a problem or not.
But you can try filling registration form and then see if they accept or reject it. Also go through the eligibility criteria of neet.
According to me it should not be the problem of gap because you have completed both your 10th and 12th from recognised board and that's what they ask for.
