Hello aspirant, hope you are doing good.

First of all, you don't have to stress alot, there are tons and tons of colleges that you can get into. It's true that your rank isn't outstanding, but its not totally bad as well, you still have a lot of options. And yes, you can definitely sit for JEE counselling, and you should sit for it.
