Hello,
Candidates with a visual impairment of 40% or more are not eligible to take the NEET UG test. It is not limited to visual impairments alone, but also to other disabilities, including those that have been authorised.
When it comes to admissions, all medical colleges across the world follow MCI rules. Every student who wants to use the PWD quota must be examined at one of the Disability Assessment Centers. According to the government's standards, the degree of impairment should be investigated or appraised. It is necessary to get a "Certificate of Disability." The National Transportation Authority has approved 12 locations where disability certificates can be obtained. To be eligible for the PWD quota, you must have this certificate from the centre. If this student has a physical examination and receives a certificate stating that he or she is not eligible under the Disabilities Act, no college will hire him or her since it is against the guidelines.

Hello.
It is mandatory for any PWD to have 40% disability in order to come under the PWD section. Apart from that they also have to provide a certificate that mentions their disability issued by any of the authorities mentioned in the notification . For the PWD candidates there is a reservation of 5%. For further information regarding the same you can visit the link given below:-
