I have 37012 ews category rank in jee mains 2019 and 80percent in pcm 12th CBSE board can I get any nit , iit, or gfti in counseling.?

Since your rank is > 15000 , possibilities of getting good NIT and IIIT decreases but again you can get NIT through homestate quota . If you want good branch then go for reputed private engineering colleges . I am giving you list of that

If you belong from Delhi region then apply for JAC Delhi counselling . you will surely get DTU ,NSIT or IIIT -DELHI
if you are from punjab region then apply for JAC Chandigarh . you will surely get PEC college
