You didn't mention your category. I am assuming UR for answering perspectives. You also didn't tell the state for which you are asking specifically.

Chances are less to get BDS seat at 400 marks under central counselling. Under 15% All India Quota, You need to score more than 480 marks in NEET to get BDS seat.

But you can get BDS seat in private colleges or semi govt. colleges under 400 or more marks.

As for BAMS, definitely you can look out for reputed Govt. Colleges in the country as the cut off goes around 400 - 290 for it.
