i have 45%in b.com and eligible for xat .then why people on career360 are saying that i m not eligible to get any good colleges through xat

Dear Mayank

The score in graduation seems to be on the lower end of the spectrum. however saying that you are not eligible for good colleges under XAT is not true.

But we have to consider the fact that colleges like XLRI will grill you a lot about low marks in degree and you need to be prepared to answer these questions. And also these top institutes might be a little tough to crack as your marks are low.

XLRI does not consider your past academic records strongly but one has to be prepared to answer questions about your poor academic performance in the interview if you do receive a shortlist. If you could justify the reason then you have passed this or else it can be the other way.

Otherwise its not exactly that you will not get good colleges. If you get the good percentile and crack the interview and impress the panel you can make it.
