No , your marks in English is not considered to check your eligibility for neet examination, you need to just pass your English examination, it is aggregate marks in pcb i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology which is considered to check your eligibility. You haven't mentioned your category but in order to be eligible for Neet examination you need to get at least 50 % aggregate in pcb in your class 12th board examination from a recognized board if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category. So if you belong to general category then you are not eligible for neet examination with 49.33% aggregate marks in pcb but if you belong to any other category then you are eligible for neet examination.
