The eligibility criteria for KEAM as provided onoffical website is

• Candidates who have passed  Higher Secondary Examination,Kerela or examination recognised thereto,with 50% marks in Mathematics separately,and 50% marks in Mathematics,Physics,Chemistry put together are eligible for addmision
• However if Candidates who have passed  Higher Secondary Examination,Kerela or examination recognised thereto,with 45% marks in Mathematics,Chemistry and Physics put together are eligible for admission under managemnt qouta in Private Self Financing Engineering college/Government controlled self financing engineering colleges

I am sorry to say that you are unable to meet first requirement but you can check whether you are eligible for the second point
