Dear Sonia, Candidates who wish to apply for LLM must make sure that they have a three-year/ five-year LL.B. Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University that is recognised. The minimum marks required by a candidate as per the category is given here: General : Candidates belonging to the general category are required to score a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent grade point aggregate to apply. SC/ST : Applicants belonging to the SC/ST Category must score a minimum of 45% marks to apply. OBC : Candidates who belong to the OBC Category must score a minimum of 45% marks.

eligibility
condition of CLAT 2018
the candidates must have minimum
percentage of marks in the qualifying examination [i.e.
LL.B./Five-Year Integrated LL.B. (Hons.)/any other equivalent exam]
as under:
1. Fifty five percent (55%) marks in case of candidates belonging to Unreserved/OBC/Specially Abled Persons (SAP) and other categories, and
2. Fifty percent (50%) marks in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) categories.
So, if you are a candidate who belongs to SC/ST category then you can apply. I hope it helps!
