Dear Hitesh, you haven't mentioned your other subject marks. For being eligible in AIIMS, you should have passed 10+2 and secured aminimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. It is 60% for General Category and OBC and 50% for SC, ST. So even if you have scored 59 in Biology but still have the required aggregate against your Category, you are eligible for AIIMS MBBS.

Yes, you can give AIIMS Exam. The eligibility criteria for OBC is to get a minimum aggregate of 60% in PCBE. If the total aggregate of PCBE is 60%, then you are eligible to give AIIMS exam.
