I am sorry to say that you can't eligible to get seat in NIT/IIT if you have 180+ score in her main. Because your board marks are not met the eligibility criteria.

If you are from SC/ST category than you should have more than 65% in 12th board or in top 20% in your respective board  to get seat at NIT and should have more than 75% if you are from General category.  So if you want to get seat at NIT than you should improve your boards marks first. Otherwise go for private engineering colleges and other government colleges.
