For getting admission in any IIT,NIT or CFTI, you must have minimum 65% aggregate marks in your intermediate boards. Since you have scored less than 65% in your 10+2, I don't think they would consider you eligible for admission in IIT,NIT or any CFTIs.
You can try for improvement next year to improve your scores so that you would eligible for admission through JEE-Mains or you can also try for some other state engineering exams or good private colleges.
