The General Eligibility Criteria for Gate 2019 is completion of Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or a Master's degree (M.Sc) in any related and relevant science subject or a candidate must be in the final year of the programme.Moreover for GATE 2019, there is no minimum passing percentage in the qualifying degree/course. Usually many universities have set their eligibility for a minimum of 55% in the undergraduation. The weightage mostly consists of entrance exam results and GD/PI. A very low weightage is given to the previous academic scores. But it varies from university to university. I am talking about it in general.
