I have 65% in in 12th Bihar board and 6.5 lakh rank in jee main ...can I applicable for c.s or i.t branch in your institution...??

It's very difficult to predict whether you will get cse there or not. Try your best in the counselling round to get CSE there.Good luck for your admissions.
