To qualify in NEET, you should score a minimum of 50 percentile of the top NEET score. It is 50 percentlle of the top NEET score for General Category and 40 percentile of the top NEET score for OBC/SC/ST. In 2019, the cut offs looked as below:

General Category: 134-701

OBC/SC/ST: 107-133

And this is 2019 cut off data and cut offs change every year. Now you haven't mentioned your Category. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Though the cut offs change, with a score of 70 marks you cannot secure a seat in BAMS.
