Hello

With a percentile of 71 your expected general rank will be around 252012, it is calculated by using the formula.
(100-your percentile)*869010/100

With this rank there seems less chance of getting any NIT or IIIT.You can gofor colleges of state level through state counselling on the basis of JEE Main rank.
You can check for college using college predictor

I will suggest you to appear for the April JEE Main and try to score better.

Hope this helps you
