I have 7.28 and 6.75 cgpa in b. tech and m. tech respectively. Am I eligible for the post of lecturer in private engineering colleges?

Hello! Hope you are doing well. The minimum criteria required for the lecturer post in any private college is a M.Tech. Actually, for lecturers it was only B.Tech and for assistant professors it was M.Tech. But now a days, as the competition is more even M.Tech qualification is required for lecturer post with a minimum of 55-60% in M.Tech. Hope this information will be useful to you. Good luck!

ACTUALLY I HAVE STUDIED UPTO M. TECH 3RD SEM.. UPTO 3RD SEMESTER THE CGPA IS 6.75..IS THIS CREATES ANY PROBLEM TO GET THE JOB OR NOT???

I think it would be better if you finish your M.Tech. Because, as there is a lot of competition it would be better if you go well prepared without any flaws. But still you can try it out once. Few colleges find it problematic. So it is a good idea to finish your M.Tech.
