With this percentile if you are from you are from general category it will be very difficult for you to get admission in any NIT or IIIT. If you belong to some category such as SC or ST. Then you might have a chance of getting a seat there but even still getting a good branch will be difficult. You can also try for other state level colleges. All the best.

According to JOSAA, for counselling through the platform, a candidate needs to have at least 75% in 10+2 exam if he belongs to the general category.
Moreover, with 66.49 percentile, you won't be eligible for any college whatsoever.
According to me, it's best if you reappear for JEE MAINS next year or you should apply in any reputed private college.

With this percentile in jee mains you wont get any good option.Still I am providing you some options which you can go for.As you didnot mention your category and Home State so I consider you are from general category and Maharastra.Here are some options :
