I have 74.945 percentile in JEE mains my CRL rank is 277959 And category Gen EWs rank is 37776 and I had qualified for exam of jee advance too which college will I get in Maharastra,? gov. semi. or any good private college?

Now coming on to the college scanario, you can register yourself for the JoSAA counselling process which involves numerous Seats in some of the best engineering colleges such as IIT, NIT, IIIT and GFTI. There's a reservation criteria as well for different categories and hence multiple rounds of counselling are held for proper distribution and allotment of Seats.
