Your 10th makrs is good,12th is average and below average in graduation.Your chance getting in IIMs is highly unlikely but work hard try to get your percentile above 97 so that something could possibly happen.

Yes, you can if you wish to study business as your higher studies then CAT is the best option.

In order to get IIM calls, you should secure at least 90+ percentile in CAT. While old IIMs like IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Lucknow, and Indore calls candidates with 99+ percentile, for the newer IIMs, the cutoff is slightly lesser.
