You should apply to colleges in Maharashtra through your JEE Mains score then as it will provide you better options.At a score of 88 percentile you can get admission in some good private colleges like Dr.D.Y Patil Pimpri,MIT WPU,etc.These are the top priority colleges in which you should try and you can get admitted either in CSE OR IT Field.So hope your query has been resolved.Good luck
