U can try for private colleges such -
1.Bit mesra ,Deoghar campus ( 4th campus of bit mesra)
2 Bit Allahabad ( 5th campus of bit mesra)
U can't get bit Patna and bit Jaipur .
3. LNCT Bhopal (except cse)
4 oriental Bhopal (except cse)
5. Galgotia university
6.poornima unuversity, Jaipur
Etc

In Punjab u can get govt colleges-
1. Gndu,Jalandhar (spot round )
2 gndu,gurudaspur( spot round)
3.Saheed Bhagat Singh
4.Baba Heera Singh bhatttal
In Mp u can get govt colleges---
1.Nowging engg college
2.Buit,Bhopal
In Rajasthan u can get govt colleges---
1.Govt engg college, Bharatpur
2.Govt engg college, Banswara
etc

Yes u can get CFI through josaa
As well as u can get good government colleges in different states such as mp, Rajasthan, Uttrakhand, Punjab etc.
In Rajasthan u will get--
1.University engg college, Kota.
2.Government engg college Bikaner
3.College if tech nd engg , Udaipur
In Mp u can get
1.Uit RGPV,Bhopal
2. Rewa engg college
3.Ujjain engg college
