Most IIMs have released their 2019 CAT cut offs. They have been enlisted here for you. You haven't mentioned your Category but looking at these, you may have an ida of CAT sectional and overall percentiles that you may need. But please remember that cut offs change every year depending on various factors. Few of the Baby IIMs haven't released their CAT cut offs yet. But in general, they will need 90 percentile and above.
