I have 98.07%ile in JEE Mains 2022, and my rank in JEE mains is 17k. will i get cse in Amrita Coimbatore if i apply through JEE instead or AEEE? Will i clear the cutoff?

To start with the application for AEEE is closed for year 2022 as of 12-08-2022. So you can't apply for Amrita Coimbatore through AEEE as of now.
Now you can still apply through JEE score and with a percentile of 98.07 you have a really good chance of getting into Amrita Coimbatore.
