On basis of jee mains ranking ; students will get seat in NIT s and other technical colleges included but those who qualified jee mains by taking more than cut off marks are eligible to give jee advanced.

Means rank will be given to all the students.

I guess, I got you...You mean cut off marks are just to determine ones eligibility for JEE Advance and seats are alloted during JOSAA counselling based on AIR's...Am I right??
