I have a doubt.... ...if somebody score 30 marks in practical of 12th in physics and score only 5 in theory total is 35/100 he/she will be?

Hello,
Yes, your total marks will be 35/100 but overall you will fail in that subject. Because theory paper and practical paper both have separate passing marks. Theory paper which is of 70 marks, you should score a minimum of 23 marks to pass in that subject.
