I have above 98% marks in plus two do i have to attend entrance exam for pharm D and for me what will be the fee structure

It depends on institution if institution conduct its entrance exam then you have to appear in that and in government institutions you can get admission on basis of merit list of your state. But in private institution there is no such liability in fee.
