I have achieved a rank of 13860 in GAT. Can I get ECE ,CASE in Hyderabad campus? And how do I find out if I am eligible for counseling

As you have scored a rank of 13860, you can get ECE. You are eligible for counselling, if you get a counselling call letter. To get tha, please login to your account on their website. You can download it from there. and follow the instructions.

When exactly do I expect a counseling related message? Is it around 3rd week of May or soon after the ranks have been released?
