I have allocated in third allotment in b arch that iam not intrested in it.am i eligible to participate in keam mop up 2019

Hello fatima,congrats for achieving a seat in a good branch,but since its not your interest,so you should go with your interest.Yes you can participate in mop up round.If you don't want the seat you may withdraw it too .hope this helps you
