I have allovated college in first round of counselling but I wat to rearrange my choice in sevond round .. Can i do that? Please reply soon.

In josaa counseling u can not do this untill 7 th round
U can do only in special round.
But in other counseling like delhi Chandigarh .u can change
U can do only in special round.
