i have an obc-b certificate but i have mentioned obc-a in wbjee will i get reservation if i provide obc-b certificate

Now this is something regarding Correction Error , which is only they can answer. So i would suggest that you should contact the corresponding official as soon as possible because the last date for correction error was 25th january.
