JEE Main 2025: College Predictor | Marks vs Percentile vs Rank
New: JEE Seat Matrix- IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTI | NITs Cutoff | Official Question Paper
Latest: Meet B.Tech expert in your city to shortlist colleges
Hello,
Marks in five courses will be evaluated to compute the top 20%ile for various class 12th boards: physics, chemistry, mathematics, a language, and any subject other than the aforementioned four. If a candidate has taken the exam in more than one language, the language with the highest score will be taken into account.
If an applicant possesses more than one 5th grade paper, the one with the highest grade will be taken into account.
If the marks granted in a paper are not 100, the subject's total marks will be scaled (up or down to 100). As a result, the final cumulative grade will be out of 500. If a candidate completed class 12th in 2018, but wrote one or more subjects in order to better or for any other reason, the top 20%ile for 2018 will be considered. If a candidate appears in all of the papers, the better of the two performances will be taken into account.
Hope this helps
