I have applied for 4 subjects improvement in cbse 12 board to get 75%or above, then would I allowed to take admission in iit or not via jee

You can take admission in any college provided you score sufficient marks in Jee and Advance for IITs. 12th marksheet would be required for counseling purposes , other than that there is no boundations.
