BSNL will recruit about 198 graduate engineers to the post of JTO(Civil) and JTO(Electrical) for SC, ST, and OBC under SRD(Special Recruitment Drive) through GATE-2019 scores. The willing candidates can apply for one circle only. The merit list for a particular circle will be prepared based on the GATE score-2019 and available vacancy for the circle. Apart from this, no further examination or interview shall be conducted for the selection process. A merit list will be prepared based on the GATE scores. The listed candidates will be called for document verification. After documents verification, the final merit list will be released. Shortlisted candidates will be able to download their call letters from the application window after the announcement by BSNL.

After this second state-wise merit list was also issued after one to two months.

The cutoff provided by a particular PSU depends on various factors such as the PSU, the number of applicants, and the number of vacancies in it. Also due to increasing competition because of an increase in no of applicants each year the cut-offs may vary. According to the previous year's trends and analysis, the marks obtained by you in GATE 2019 may fetch you a GATE score between 369 to 429 which can easily get you through BSNL JTO. So you can be optimistic about your chances of getting into the job.

Your expected gate score is 369-400.With this score you may get call letter from BSNL for JTO post.I cannot assure you that you will get call letter as BSNL hasn't declared yet cuttoff score for each category.Cuttoff may be go high as it depends total number of post and level of paper.Wait till BSNL declares cuttoff score.
