I am having the same problem as I had filled the application and payment also made. but my email otp came after 12 hours and my application status is not getting to download. 

I receive mobile otp but I did not receive any email containing otp. What to do?

Can't verify email?Can you help me out.

See Prayas & Suresh, I also had the same issue while verifying the email ID. Verification of email id is taking way too long. I would suggest you both to do one thing. You can logout and then login again and on the other tab open your mail box. Now, Click on verify email and wait for a while and refresh your mail box. If you dont receive it, click on re-send OTP. You will receive the OTP.It has been notified by the Authority that registration through GOAPS has increased immensly and it is causing too much pressure on the server because of which the verification process is getting delayed. Also, it has been told by the authority that you can proceed with the submission process and verification can be done on a later stage.For further queries do let me know.All the best!

Sir i have trying since 2 days and am unable to verify the email so if it is not verified will it effect in my application or during my  exam

Renuka, since the notification has been released by the authorities that you can make the payment and verify your email address later, it should not affect the applcation form in any case.But, i would like you to try out completing the verification process later in the midnight. am sure it will work for you!All the best!

I have don payment before verifying my mobile number and mail!! Is their any problem??

Sachin, There is no problem. You can proceed to the payment without verifying the email and mobile number. After the payment is done you can then proceed with the verification process.

In the application, it showed that I can verify my mail after payment also. So I have done payment without verifying my mail. After the payment is done I am unable to proceed with the verification process. No such option is showing there to verify mail in the portal. where I have to verify??

Sukanya,You will be contacted either through email or SMS for the verification purpose. Kindly wait for a while since your application form is under scrutiny. You will be asked by the authority to verify your email address and mobile number soon!

I HAVE ALSO SAME PROBLEM, I COMPLETED MY APPLICATION FORM AND PAYMENT WITHOUT EMAIL VERIFICATION.NOW THERE IS NO OPTION FOR EMAIL VERIFICATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW AND MY APPLICTION FORM IS ALSO NOT GETTING DOWNLOADED
