You will be able to write the exam .But you will not get a medical seat from any of the colleges through your NEET marks . So you will have to score aggregate marks in subjects biology , physics and chemistry .

You'll be able to give the exam as result won't be out by then. However, you won't be able to get admission anywhere through NEET as you have to get at least a particular aggregate to proceed further. So, if you fail class 12, your  NEET exam will not really be of any value.
