If we see the last year cutoff and previous year marks vs rank then we can conclude scoring 70-90 marks is enough for OBC candidate to qualify the Jee mains 2020. At this marks your percentile will be in between 85-90. And your rank will be under 1.3-1.6 lac . and your category rank must fall under 45 K.

As per previous year percentile chart, your percentile will be 90-95. OBC category percentile is different and will be known accurately only when the result is declared as it depends on the board that by which factor they will lower the categorical rank from common rank list.
It also depends on how candidates has performed, what was the difficulty of the paper and what is the average performance in reservation categories.
