Hello, Im sorry to to tell you that according to Last years cut off for RIIMS was 558 marks and your score is very low for any Government Medical college. According to expected cutoff for Neet 2019 ranges from 560-675 marks. I would suggest you that you should look for some other colleges as well. I hope this helps,All the best.

 As you have not  mentioned to which state you belong and assuming you don't have Jharkhand state quota so according to that under all India quota you won't be able to secure a seat in RIIMS ,Ranchi as last year least marks to secure a seat was 558 marks but you can go for  government colleges under your state quota . Remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
