I have calculated marks 31 in civil (general category )in gate 2019.what are my chances to qualify gate and get a mortgage. tech in NITs

Hello Nippon,
Previous year qualifying marks for CIVIL engineering is 26.9 for general.
Then you would surely qualified for GATE 2019.
