Congratulations if you have cleared HPCET 2019 exam. To take admission in HPTU, you have to take part in its counselling.  For that your rank matters alot.  You are required to fill an application form and according to that you will be called for counselling in the round 1 or later accordingly.  If you have good rank , you can get admission in first round itself otherwise you have to wait for the next rounds.
